VIRTUAL PHOTO-EMBROIDERY LABORATORY

This online photo embroidery or paper embroidery workshop is designed for an intermediate level, exploring classic and advanced stitches, as well as design concepts such as composition, color, and semiotics. Through exercises, the course will not only improve technique but also deepen self-knowledge and personal emotions.

The virtual format promotes the exchange of creative processes and the creation of a unique community. Mystical, spiritual, and esoteric knowledge, such as tarot, numerology, and sacred geometry, will be used to identify archetypes and moments of individuation, transforming artistic practice into a space for personal insight and transformation.

We explore design methodologies applied to photography projects to create strong visual narratives. We'll develop concept maps and briefs to help you organize your ideas effectively. We'll use tools such as the construction log and the appropriate choice of typography, grids, and color palettes to enrich your narrative.

Using the rock-paper-scissors technique, you'll identify the essence of your project and expand or adjust it as needed. We'll cover curation, sequencing, and editing exercises. We'll also delve into project writing and the creation of a physical and digital portfolio that reflects your visual language.
