NOTARIES HLO

In 2019, the NOTARY CONSORTIUM of three notaries in Mexico City was created, so they asked me to create the CORPORATE IDENTITY.

CREATIVE RATIONAL: As a graphic and symbolic solution, it was proposed to use the initials of the notaries to name the NOTARY OFFICE and make it memorable.

The inspiration for this project was the lines, shapes, and cuts of Barragán's simple, modernist architecture, known internationally as the driving force behind a universal Mexican style.

For the colors, a blend was chosen that communicates the experience, maturity, and stability of the wine hue along with the vibrant and historic vermillion color.

All the stationery was redesigned, which is extensive in a notary's office: covers and testimony sheets, protocol folders, client folders, business cards, forms, electronic signatures, delivery cards and envelopes, etc.

As part of the internal design, a wallpaper was created that is used on all desktops, and monthly posters are created to celebrate birthdays, as well as motivational and psychological infographics to encourage and improve employee performance.

These posters bring life and color to the office and strive to maintain an optimistic tone, especially in current times when COVID is prevalent.

These Notaries have been my clients since the beginning of my career as an independent designer. Initially, there were two Notaries, and I designed the logo with my current partner, Andrea Coen. The colors used by each Notary to sign the certificates and documents were chosen.
